Delivery and returns.

Colour samples

We offer free delivery on colour samples in all of EU. The samples are delivered within 1-3 days in Denmark and shipment within two business days for the rest of EU.

Painting and equipment

We deliver in all of EU. Delivery prices and times differ.

Denmark: Delivery within 1-3 days. 29 DKK for delivery to parcel shops or 40 DKK to a home address. Free delivery on orders over 500 DKK.
The rest of EU: We ship within two business days. 9.30 EUR for delivery. Free delivery on orders above 100 EUR.

Returns

You are welcome to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. We accept and offer free returns on all our products, with the exception of our 10L paint buckets as they are custom-toned for each customer. The product needs to fulfil a few requirements: The paint must be unopened and the product should be in a general good state - without paint stains or marks. If you want to make a return, you must contact our customer service at hello@notesofcolour.com and we will help you. Be aware the shipping cost is covered by Notes of Colour A/S, but happens at your own risk. Read more under our Terms & Conditions.

If you want to change or cancel your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible at hello@notesofcolour.com, and we will do our best to help you.

Damaged product

We are sorry if a product did not meet our standards. If the product is damaged, we replace it without further costs. Send an email with a picture of the damage to our customer service at hello@notesofcolour.com and they will fix the issue.
