How do I contact you?

My favourite colour is sold out. When is it back?
If you see that a specific colour is sold out, it will be back soon. Typically within 2-3 weeks. If you want to know, when we offer it again, you can write us at email@example.com - we will notify you, as soon as it returns.
Can I order a colour sample?
Yes. We have developed large colour samples with an adhesive backside ready to put on your wall. They are made with real paint (Pure Matt) that shows the exact colour. The samples are 2 EUR per colour and delivery is always free.
How much paint do I need?
Our paint covers well. This means that you only need to paint two layers. It covers 8 m2 per litre. With two layers that equals 4 completed m2 per litre. If you are in doubt about how much you need, you can use our quantity calculator. It is available when you order on our website, and we ask you to select the number of litres.
What is the difference between your two paint types, Pure Matt and Soft Gloss?
Pure Matt (gloss 1) is the most matt kind of paint you can get, often picked to achieve an exclusive look. Soft Gloss (gloss 15) has a soft, sophisticated shine, usually picked to create a slight contrast to a matt area or an extraordinarily sturdy surface, for instance in the bathroom or on woodwork.
Which surfaces can I use the paint on?
You can use both Pure Matt and Soft Gloss on nearly any kind of indoor surface: Wall, ceiling, woodwork, furniture, metal, radiators. Soft Gloss may also be used in the bathroom, but not in the shower area itself. Both types of paint cannot be used on the floor.
Is your paint sustainable?
Our paint is produced in Denmark and certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel. Both help us ensure that we meet the highest environmental standards throughout the life cycle of the paint. It is water-based and has a minimal amount of VOCs, so we reduce the pressure on nature.
How easy is your paint to wash?
Both Pure Matt and Soft Gloss have a class 1 scrub rating, which is the best. In the case of Pure Matt it gives it a strength compared to other matt paints on the market. It has the lowest gloss, but is still easy to clean and durable. This means you do not have to settle, when it comes to functionality, no matter the look you want.
Do I need primer, before I paint?
Our paint transfers well onto most surfaces, so primer is usually not necessary. But in a few cases it can be a good idea. If you paint on a surface that soaks up liquids easily (sand, unprimed felt, new plaster). Here it is smart to start with a solidifying primer. And if you paint on slick surfaces like laminate or melanin, you should use an anchoring primer as your first step.

Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
We deliver in all of EU. Delivery is free on colour samples.
Delivery prices and prices on paint and supplies differ from country to country

29 DKK for delivery to parcel shops or 40 DKK to a home address. Free delivery on orders over 500 DKK.
The rest of EU:
We ship within two business days & it can take up to 10 days before your order arrives.
9.30 EUR for delivery. Free delivery on orders above 100 EUR.
Can I track my order?
When we ship your order from our stock, you receive an email with tracking information. Did you not receive the mail? Look in your spam folder - this is often where it hides - or check, if you gave us the right email address. If you still have questions, our customer service team is ready to answer at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return my order?
You are welcome to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The product needs to fulfil a few requirements: Paint must be unopened. The product should be in a general good state - without paint stains or marks.
If you want to make a return, contact our customer service at email@example.com and they will help you. Be aware that the shipping cost is covered by you and happens at your own risk.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship orders every day, so we cannot guarantee that it is already on its way. Contact our customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you want to make a change or cancel, and we will do our best to make it happen.
I need to place an order for a larger project. What should I do?
A larger project can require extra planning. If you are looking for paint or tools for your showroom, hotel, museum or office, please contact our customer service at email@example.com and they will help you sort out the details and shipping.
