Step 1.
Start cleaning your equipment immediately after finishing painting. Fill a bucket or sink with warm water and a small amount of mild, fragrance-free dish detergent.
Step 2.
Submerge your painting equipment in the warm water and let it soak overnight if possible. Remove the equipment from the water, rinse with clean water, and wipe it dry with a cloth, then allow it to air dry.
Step 3.
Store your equipment in a dry and secure place, and it will be as good as new and ready to be used again next time.
