We have added two new powerful products to our assortment, to help you achieve the perfect surface on your walls before you start painting.

You will need

  • Damp cloth

  • Notes® Filler

  • Clean fingers (or a spatula)

  • Notes® Primer

  • Paint tray

  • Paint roller

  • Possibly, an extension pole

How to proceed

1. Examine your walls. Not all walls will need to be prepped before you paint. A good rule of thumb is if your wall has noticeable holes/cracks or an uneven texture (either from accidents or for instance from a layer of glass fiber), then preparing your walls is a very good idea.

2. Clean your walls with a damp cloth and let them dry.

3. Start by filling the holes and cracks in your wall with the Notes® Filler. Press the desired amount onto your finger, or directly onto the wall. Smooth out as much as possible. Let the filler dry for at least 1 hour before proceeding to layer or with further steps.

4. Pour the Notes® Primer into your paint tray, and cover your roller well. Start rolling the primer onto the wall, until fully covered. Leave to dry for at least 6 hours. Apply a second layer if necessary.

5. Your wall is now fully prepared and ready to be painted!
